Built by a rental company, set up by hand

Black Fig AI is part of Black Fig, a short-term rental company, so it is built around how rentals actually run: the repeat questions, the 2am problems, the small issues that only surface in a review, and the extras nobody had time to offer.

We take on a small number of property managers at a time and set up each one ourselves, so every concierge knows your properties, speaks in your tone and follows your rules.

How we work

• Hands-on. We build each concierge from your house manual, rules and extras, then test it with you before any guest does.
• Your brand. Guests talk to a concierge under the name you choose.
• Limits first. It never promises anything that costs you money, and it passes anything urgent to you straight away.
