This website

The content on this site is provided for general information about the Black Fig AI service. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but make no promise that it is complete, and it does not form an offer or a contract on its own. You may not copy the site's design, text or images without our permission.

Pilots

• A pilot runs for 30 days, is free, and covers an agreed number of your units.
• Before a pilot starts we agree with you what the concierge will cover, and we sign a data processing agreement.
• You can stop a pilot at any time by telling us. After it, any paid service starts only on terms you have agreed in writing.
• You are responsible for the information you give us, such as house rules and the extras you offer, and for having the right to share it.

What the concierge does and doesn't do

• It is an AI assistant that answers guest questions and passes requests and urgent issues to you.
• It does not promise, confirm or discount anything that costs money. Those decisions stay with you.
• It is not an emergency service. Guests should contact local emergency services in an emergency.
• AI replies can occasionally be wrong. You stay responsible for how you run your properties and for anything you decide or approve.

Third-party services

The service relies on providers such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for outages or changes in services we don't control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, during a free pilot the service is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability under any later paid agreement will be set out in that agreement.

How personal data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes and contact
